It was really cool to get to explore what other teachers in groups/ communities that i found on the site had to say and i can see this being an amazing source for teachers to use in order to expand their own personal learning network. - Working with Diigo was slightly confusing at first but i really began to appreciate it! Especially when it comes to how easy it is to share other websites with other people in your groups so that you can make their life a little easier as well! The annotating portion of Diigo was also fairly easy and creates a super easy environment to share your comments with other people in your community or even just keep them for yourself in the future. -        LAFS.7.W.3.8 is a ELA technology standard that states that students should be able to collect information from multiple sources, determine each sources credibility, and use that information while appropriately citing it. This is important especially for future education in both high school and college when writing research essays. Resource collection and recognizing what is a reliable source is important for creating informative essays in school and the earlier students learn this, the better their writing will get in the future.
